My journey to better health after 50 has been a gift to myself — finally time to focus on nourishing my body, moving with intention, resting deeply, and nurturing my spirit. I’m embracing every small change and celebrating the freedom to put my wellbeing first. Like most women , we throw all our energy in our family , work , and home among other things . I have hashimotoes , menopause and really wasn’t feeling well at all when I began this journey. I have tried so many vitamins , protein shakes, diets and nothing seemed to help. So I’ve researched and after years im finally starting to feel better. I hope that after all my trial and error that you can find some value and solutions from what I have to share.
